About Molly
Molly Hurd is the lead needlepoint designer for Evergreen Needlepoint, and is currently pursuing her Master's in Counseling and Art Therapy at PennWest Edinboro University. With her background as an art teacher and summer camp counselor, Molly's career has cultivated her belief that art therapy can benefit individuals of all ages. As a consultant and designer for Evergreen Needlepoint, Molly has designed over 30 unique canvases and countless other pieces in multiple mediums. Her classes, designed for artists of all experience levels, empower individuals to explore their creative potential in needlepoint canvas design while learning proper technique (plus have fun!). Molly lives in Atlanta, GA.
